Privacy notice

This website is designed to collect only the information needed to prepare a customer order and to keep optional analytics limited.

Order information

The order form asks for roast, pack size, coffee form, quantity, customer name and an optional delivery area. The site does not submit that information to a Rainforest Coffee web server. The information remains in the browser until the customer chooses to open WhatsApp, where it is transferred into a pre-filled WhatsApp message.

Payment information

This website does not ask for or store bank-card numbers, mobile-money PINs, passwords or other payment credentials. Payment instructions are confirmed directly by Rainforest Coffee after an order is reviewed.

Cookies and optional analytics

An essential preference stores whether analytics were accepted or denied. If analytics are accepted, the site may store a random anonymous browser identifier and basic interaction counts such as page views and order-button use. The default build does not transmit this analytics data to an external analytics provider.

Data minimisation

Customers should provide only the delivery information necessary to fulfil an order and should not enter sensitive financial or identity information into the delivery-area field.

Third-party services

When a customer follows a WhatsApp, email or social-media link, that service's own privacy terms and data-processing practices apply.
